Water mitigation, done correctly

Stop the damage.
Protect the property.

Water travels farther than you can see. We locate it, remove damaged materials only where necessary, and build a drying plan around the actual conditions in your property.

02

Structural Drying

Professional air movement and dehumidification sized for the affected space.

03

Moisture Monitoring

Daily readings show what is drying, what is not, and when the job is complete.

04

Controlled Demolition

Careful removal of unsalvageable materials so hidden moisture can be reached.

05

Cleanup & Protection

Containment, cleaning, and jobsite protection throughout the mitigation process.

06

Detailed Documentation

  1. 01
    ASSESS & STABILIZE

Find the source and map the damage.

We inspect affected areas, check moisture beyond what is visible, and determine what needs immediate attention.

  2. 02
    EXTRACT & CONTROL

Remove water and stop it from spreading.

Standing water is extracted, affected areas are contained, and unsalvageable materials are addressed where needed.

  3. 03
    DRY & MONITOR

Use the right equipment—and prove progress.

Air movers and dehumidifiers are positioned for the conditions, then monitored with daily moisture readings.

  4. 04
    DOCUMENT & COMPLETE

Reach the dry standard and close out cleanly.

Once materials reach an appropriate dry standard, equipment is removed and the mitigation record is finalized.

Documentation matters

Work you can see.
Records you can use.

A good dry-out is more than setting equipment. We document the condition of the property, the work performed, and the drying progress so homeowners, property managers, and insurance professionals have a clear record.

  • Initial and ongoing moisture readings
  • Date-stamped job photos
  • Equipment placement and usage records
  • Drying logs and completion documentation

Common questions

What happens next?

What should I do first after finding water damage?+

If it is safe, shut off the water source and stay away from wet electrical areas. Take a few photos, contact your insurance carrier when applicable, and call us so we can assess the damage quickly.

Do you work with insurance claims?+

Yes. We document the affected areas, mitigation work, moisture readings, and equipment used so there is a clear record for the claim. Coverage decisions remain with your insurance carrier.

How long does structural drying take?+

It depends on the materials affected, how far the water traveled, and the conditions in the property. Daily monitoring tells us when materials have reached the appropriate dry standard.

Do you handle both homes and businesses?+

Yes. We provide water mitigation for residential and commercial properties throughout the Shreveport–Bossier area and nearby communities.
